The small Figgs chocolates were made especially for our launch, by a company called Cocoalibre.
They are dairy free,chocolate orange and oh my goodness, a little taste of heaven!
The reason why i have included some peppermint candy canes for your child to enjoy is that in the story Figgs takes Hollie to a land where, `flowers pop open and what look like candy canes, marshmallows and sweets spring high into the air. Then gently drift down to the ground like leaves from a tree.`
Its all a part of the Hollie and Figgs experience, and they insisted i send them to you.
Also included in the giveaway is a limited edition book mark, and an invitation to a princess`s ball, (you will have to read the story to now what this is about.) Unfortunately, you will not get these if you chose buy the book elsewhere.
The story was inspired by my daughter and her bond with our cat when she was unwell. It has been a family project and a labour of love, with my daughter drawing the initial illustrations, whilst i compiled the story. (You can read more about this on the website)

The story is about a friendship between a little girl and her magical cat. Hollie is unaware that Figgs is magic and can talk until he shows his true abilities when she needs him most.
The story addresses issues that some young readers may face like moving house, starting a new school and making new friends, in a subtle, creative and imaginative way, where Figgs takes Hollie on a magical adventure.
